Please read carefully the booking rules below. Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract in accordance with current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for those making the booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND EXTRAS

Prices are per week (from Saturday to Saturday) for stays including the consumption of water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels and kitchen, final cleaning, parking space.

Possibility, on request, extra daily cleaning of the Villa: € 30.00 per day (for the rearrangement, the Villa must be vacated by 10.30).

Deposit required upon arrival: € 300.00; the amount will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the apartment.

Check in: from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm (guests are invited to respect the timetable, however, notice is always necessary).

Check out: before 12.00.

BOOKING

It is possible to send a request for availability from our site or via e-mail and wait for our response. Following the request you will receive an offer (non-binding). The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 7 days of our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be understood as null.

The reservation becomes binding for Villa La Ginestra only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the deposit or of the credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal.

Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

Upon arrival it is mandatory to present a document of recognition for each person.

To make changes to the reservation, you must contact the property, which will do everything possible to meet the request. However, we can not guarantee the fulfillment of this request. In the case of a booking change to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.

PAYMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A deposit is required no later than 7 days from the date of confirmation of the booking. In case of failure to receive the deposit within the indicated dates, the reservation is void.

In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be canceled.

The amount of the deposit is equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation beyond the terms specified below or no presentation.

Balance of stay within the week preceding the arrival date.

Deposit required upon arrival: € 300.00; the amount will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the villa.

Methods of payment accepted: bank transfer with sending to the email address info@villalaginestra.it of the accounting receipt proving the payment.

Guarantee for the reservation: credit card as a guarantee (necessary for confirmation of booking), bank transfer.

The balance of the stay is due within the week preceding the arrival date.

For confirming the reservation, a credit card is required as a guarantee for which it will be communicated: issuing company (Visa, Mastercard etc), name and surname of the holder, number and expiration date of the card, CVV – 3-digit code shown on the back of the card.Per pagamenti tramite bonifico bancario indichiamo di seguito i dati:

Cancellation Policy (individual bookings and family groups)

Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing.

Faced with a possible cancellation, the deposit paid will be returned according to the following procedures:

cancellation within 30 days before arrival: 100%
cancellation 3 weeks before arrival: 50%
for cancellation between 15 and 0 days the total amount of the stay will be retained.
Interruption of stay: No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire stay booked.

NoShow (missed-presentation): In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be retained.
